Layering is important

After the workout, our head is still wet from all that sweat, walking out in cold weather with it can lead to severe headaches. That is why keeping the head is recommended, if you could keep the ears protected too it would be a huge plus, and of course beneficial for you.

Thermal Socks

Most people do not consider socks as a part of wardrobe or clothing options when it comes to workout but the truth is, it is as important and useful as any other part of clothing. Especially when the winters are here socks are like the most essential one. None of us would want our feet to be frozen in cold and the next thing we know is we cannot work out. It will divert all your attention from workout to cold ruining the charm of exercise. Thus, the conclusion is wearing warm socks is important. Plus, no one wants their feet deep in sweat.

Heat is lost from our hands and feet quickly that is why they are the first parts of the body to get cold and get cold quickly. The socks, especially thermal socks keep things warm and dry by wicking the sweat away and maintaining the heat. An important note there, the thermal socks are bulky and you might have to get a bigger shoe size or loosen the fitting you are used to.
